Every item on the profile counts as one: a video or a photo post. Stories are added on top, so they never use up the limit.
The price depends on how many videos the profile shows when you open the offer. There are three sizes. An account with more than 3 000 videos gets its newest 3 000, and the offer says so before you pay. If the account gains videos while the archive is built, you still get the newest ones up to the size you paid for.
The videos are fetched one at a time, so a large TikTok account takes noticeably longer than an Instagram one of the same size. The card shows how many files are downloaded while the archive is built.
A ZIP is cut into parts of up to 1.9 GB so that every part can be sent through Telegram. index.html and data.csv are in the first part. Unzip all the parts into the same folder, then open index.html.
What the archive can't do, and why.
A private account can't be saved, and the offer isn't shown for it, so nothing is charged. If an account goes private or is deleted during the build, you get what was already collected and the payment is returned.
Videos the owner has already deleted are gone, and expired stories can't be recovered. Only the stories that are up at the moment of the build are saved.
Comments, the list of who liked a video, tagged posts, music as a separate file and followers are not saved. A followers list is a separate export.
Now and then a single video can't be fetched. The archive is still delivered, and the message says how many files failed. If fewer than 90% were collected, or nothing was collected in 6 hours, the payment is returned.
