Tool — TikTok unfollowers tracker

See who unfollowed you on TikTok, and who you unfollowed.

TikTok does not tell you when someone unfollows. StoriesFly reads the followers and following lists of a public TikTok account on a schedule, compares each reading with the one before, and tells you who left and who was unfollowed. It works for your own account and for any other public one. The tracker is on the Basic plan (1 account) and the Pro plan (5 accounts). Past unfollows from before you started are not recoverable: the first reading is the starting point.

Why two readingsTikTok's lists skip people now and then, and a reading that comes back short would otherwise look like a crowd of unfollows. A name that is gone twice in a row is gone.

01What you see in the app

The counter moves. The names do not say who.

So the only record of who left is a list you saved earlier. The tracker saves it for you.

The names are there. Comparing today's list with an earlier one is the only way to see who is missing. That comparison is what the tracker does for you.

what the tracker reads
02How a name is decided

When a name counts as an unfollow

The tracker reads a list from the top to the end and keeps the result. The next reading is compared with it: someone present before and absent now is only a candidate. If the following reading lacks them too, they are reported as gone.

The same rule works for the accounts you unfollow. A person who is new in the list is announced by the first reading that sees them, because a name that appears is much harder to get wrong than a name that vanishes.

Readings are skipped when they look wrong: a list that ends early, comes back far shorter than TikTok's own count, or loses a large share of its people in one go is held back instead of reported.

03How to

How to see who unfollowed you on TikTok

TikTok has no list of people who left. This is the practical way to build one.

  1. 01Type the account's handle aboveYour own, or another public account. You need a Basic or Pro plan to add it; the plan sheet opens if you have none.
  2. 02Wait for the first readingThe tracker reads the full lists once and keeps them. Nothing is reported yet, because there is nothing to compare with.
  3. 03Get the changes as they are foundNew followers and new follows within about half an hour for followers and a few hours for the following list. People who left follow once a day.
  4. 04Open the tracker to see the historyThe tracker page lists every change with the date it was found, for each account you added.
04The clocks

How often each list is read

The followers list is read in full up to 10,000 people on Basic and 20,000 on Pro (every second day above 10,000). A bigger account gets new followers only, and the tracker page says so on its card. A message arrives when a reading finds a change, not the second it happens.

What the tracker cannot tell you

Some of it is TikTok's rules, some is how the tracker is built.

  • 01Anyone who left before the first readingTikTok keeps no history to read back. The tracker starts from the day you add the account.
  • 02A list the owner hidesAn account can hide who it follows, and private accounts hide both lists. A hidden list cannot be read by anyone, so the card shows it as hidden and sends nothing for it.
  • 03Big accounts' leaversAbove 10,000 followers on Basic (20,000 on Pro) the whole list is not read, so only new followers are reported, not who left.
  • 04The exact momentLists are read on a schedule, not live. A change is reported at the next reading that sees it.
  • 05Why they leftA person who disappears from a list may have unfollowed, deleted the account or been banned. The lists do not say which.

Questions about TikTok unfollowers

Can I see who unfollowed me on TikTok?

TikTok itself does not show it. With the tracker you see who left from the day you add the account, by comparing the follower list with the earlier one. Anyone who left before that cannot be found.

Does it work on someone else's account?

Yes, for any public account whose lists are not hidden. Basic tracks 1 account and Pro tracks 5.

Will they know I am tracking them?

No. The lists are read from the public side and nothing is sent to the account or shown in its activity.

Why does it say the list is hidden?

The owner turned it off, or the account is private. TikTok then gives nothing to anyone, so there is nothing to compare.

How fast do I hear about an unfollow?

The following list is read every 3 hours on Pro and 6 hours on Basic. Followers who left are found by a full reading once a day. It is a schedule, not real time.

The first reading is the starting point.

Unfollows from before you add the account were never recorded anywhere we can read.
