What is rotating sampling?
Rotating sampling means we check a different batch of the tracked user's followed accounts in each scanning cycle. For example, if someone follows 500 accounts, we might check 50–100 per cycle. Over several cycles, all accounts are covered and results accumulate. This approach is efficient, avoids Instagram rate limits, and still provides thorough coverage of outbound engagement patterns across their entire network.
Can the tracked user see that I'm monitoring their likes?
No. All engagement tracking is performed anonymously through StoriesFly's infrastructure. The tracked user receives no notifications and has no way to detect that their outbound likes and comments are being monitored.
