What we don't do

- 01Private accountsInstagram doesn't show a private profile's lists and we don't pretend to get around that. We check privacy before you pay.
- 02More than 50 followers of a verified accountInstagram shows no more than 50 followers of a verified account — that's what the file will hold, and the price is counted on 50.
- 03Lists over 100,000 namesWe don't export those yet: no plan covers them.

Telegram pays in Stars (★), the web in crypto, priced in dollars. In some countries Stars cost less — the exact price shows in the payment window.
Why not 100%
Instagram's counter on a profile and the list itself don't quite match. Instagram also counts accounts it doesn't show in the list: deleted and blocked ones. And the list moves while we read it.
So a file usually holds 98–100% of the number on the profile. On lists we measured whole, we got 98.9 to 100.2% of the counter.
The window and the file say it plainly: "read N of M". If we read less than 90%, we refund the payment and you keep the file with what was read.
The file is the list of accounts we read. We don't say who isn't in it: a list like this can't tell you that.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on private accounts?
No. Instagram doesn't show a private profile's lists and we don't pretend to get around that. We check privacy before you pay, and then we charge nothing.
Is exporting someone else's followers legal?
We read only what Instagram shows any guest of a public profile, and never touch private accounts. But automated collection is against Instagram's terms, and how you use the file (mailings, personal data) is on you.
How fast is it?
Usually 10–30 minutes. Large lists take longer — up to 24 hours. When the file is ready, we send it to the bot. The link works for 7 days.
Do you need my Instagram login?
No. You enter only the username whose list you need, and we never ask for an Instagram password. You do log in to StoriesFly, to pay and to get the file in the bot.
What's in the file — only usernames?
A username and a profile link, one row per account, as Excel and as CSV. No emails, phones or profile descriptions.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, one file. Nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
Why isn't the file exactly the number on the profile?
Instagram also counts accounts it doesn't show in the list: deleted and blocked ones. A file usually holds 98–100% of the number on the profile, and we say how many we read. If it's under 90%, we refund the payment and you keep the file.
