1. Acceptance of Terms

By using StoriesFly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

StoriesFly provides anonymous Instagram content viewing, downloads, activity tracking, and AI analytics tools. We do not store Instagram credentials or access private accounts. We only access publicly available data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. Harassment, stalking, impersonation, or any illegal activity is prohibited. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are one-time purchases that grant access for the chosen period (monthly or annual). We do not use automatic renewal. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not store payment methods. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (cards), NOWPayments (crypto), and Telegram (Stars in the Mini App).

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with paid features, contact us within 3 days of your first payment for a full refund.

To request a refund, contact support via the links on your Account page (Telegram or email) and include your payment date. We process refund requests within 48 hours.

After 3 days, refunds are at our discretion. No refunds for partial periods or unused portions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of third-party data (e.g. Instagram).

7. Intellectual Property

StoriesFly and its branding are our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service. Instagram content remains the property of Instagram/Meta and respective rights holders.
