Questions about this endpoint
What does q match?
The names and usernames of the accounts that the account follows. q is 1 to 100 characters.
Is the result paged?
No. The matches come in one answer, so next_cursor is null and there is no cursor to send.
When should I use it instead of user/following?
When you look for one account. user/following reads the whole list a page at a time, and this returns the matches for 1 request.
