The engagement tracker monitors two types of outbound interactions: likes and comments that the tracked user leaves on other people's posts. For each interaction, we log which account received it, the specific post, the timestamp, and for comments the full text. Over time this builds a ranked view of their most-engaged connections and interaction frequency patterns.
How often is the engagement data updated?
The tracker runs in continuous cycles using rotating sampling. Each cycle scans a different batch of the tracked user's followed accounts. A full sweep of all followed accounts typically completes within 24 to 48 hours depending on how many accounts they follow. New interactions are added to your dashboard as they are detected during each scanning cycle.
Can I see historical engagement data from before I started tracking?
The tracker can detect recent likes and comments that are still visible on posts when tracking begins. However, it cannot retrieve engagement history from months ago.
