For each interaction, we log which account received it, the specific post, the timestamp, and for comments the full text. Over time this builds a ranked view of their most-engaged connections and interaction frequency patterns.
How often is the engagement data updated?
The tracker runs in continuous cycles using rotating sampling. Each cycle scans a different batch of the tracked user's followed accounts. A full sweep of all followed accounts typically completes within 24 to 48 hours depending on how many accounts they follow. New interactions are added to your dashboard as they are detected during each scanning cycle.
Can I see historical engagement data from before I started tracking?
The tracker can detect recent likes and comments that are still visible on posts when tracking begins. However, it cannot retrieve engagement history from months ago. For the most complete picture, start tracking early. Data accumulates over time and the longer tracking runs, the more comprehensive the engagement profile becomes.
Can I export the engagement data?
Pro plan users can view all detected interactions in their dashboard with full timestamps, account names, and post details. The data is presented in a sortable, ranked format showing the most-interacted accounts at the top. This makes it easy to analyze engagement patterns and identify which accounts receive the most attention from the tracked user.
How many accounts can I track for engagement?
The number of accounts you can track depends on your plan. Basic plan includes tracking for 1 account, while Pro supports up to 5 simultaneously tracked accounts.
